Randall Clark is a dedicated husband, father, lawyer, educator, and farmer who is seeking your vote in the Republican primary on September 10th. With a deep commitment to restoring the values that make our nation strong and resilient, Randall is ready to bring his dedication and wealth of experience to serve the people of New Hampshire’s Second District.
Since moving to New Hampshire with his young family in 1997, Randall has devoted his life to serving his community and upholding the principles that define our great state: respect for the law, dedication to local institutions, and care for the vulnerable. He and his wife have three sons, and he operates Appleworm Orchard, a small farm dedicated to the preservation of heritage poultry and cider-apple trees. Tending trees and animals keeps him grounded and connected to the land and people of the district.
As an attorney, Randall has built a practice focused on helping individuals navigate complex legal challenges. Since 2016, he has been the sole proprietor of his law firm, specializing in debt-collection defense, consumer bankruptcy, and landlord-tenant disputes. His career in law has been marked by a commitment to justice, defending the rights of the underserved, and ensuring fairness in the legal system. Randall is known by his clients and peers as a thoughtful analyst and fierce advocate who cares deeply about his clients and the integrity of the law.
Randall's passion for education has led him to teach at esteemed institutions such as St. John’s University, the University of Florida, and George Mason University. As a professor, he has taught philosophy, criminal law, and healthcare law courses, inspiring the next generation of leaders to think critically and uphold the rule of law. He found teaching first-generation immigrant students particularly rewarding, encouraging them to think critically about justice, both personal and political.
In addition to his legal and academic careers, Randall has served on the Agricultural Commission of Hollis since 2009. In this role, he advises on agricultural issues, zoning, and taxation, and supervises the leasing of historic town-owned land to local farmers. This commission’s work has become a model throughout New Hampshire and beyond for the creation of public-private partnerships for the preservation of active farmland.
Randall's commitment to his family has been both a challenge and a blessing. He and his wife were blessed with three sons, including their second son, Gabriel, who was born with severe cerebral palsy. Although Gabriel couldn't walk, talk, or eat, he was cognitively keen and taught everyone who knew him about the profound value of life through his good cheer and hearty belly laughs. The heartbreak of losing Gabriel last year was immense, but his memory has been a great blessing to his family. Today, their home is filled with joy and purpose as they care for Clayton, Randall's brother-in-law with Down's Syndrome.
In his spare time, Randall enjoys carpentry, exploring New Hampshire’s natural wonders, and participating in community activities. His diverse experiences and deep-rooted values make him a strong and resilient candidate ready to serve the people of New Hampshire’s Second District.
